The Slow Initial Growth of Starting a Real Estate Investor Group

- Requires consistent work over time
- And that work is probably worthwhile
He’ll share previously undisclosed numbers about:
- How many people are currently in his investor group (10 years in)
- How many new members are joining each month over the last 3 years
- How many are RSVPing for classes (although this is not really that relevant considering he’s been on sabbatical for much of the last three years)
- The population of his entire metro area (so you can get a feel how you might do if you live in a larger/smaller area)
- The growth rate when he first started his group through about 5 years into running the group
- How many members and active members he had in his group for the first 5 years
- And, he’ll share the growth rate for 4 brand-new group started from scratch over 3 months
